Hello Sailor!
We are truly sorry to inform you that the International Vulcan Rally for 2021 has been canceled. Due to COVID-19, the Government has decreed that no event can be held that brings together large groups of people. If you haven't paid yet, please don't. If you have, don't worry. You will receive a message in a few days with the refund details.
Thank you for your understanding. VRA International Webmaster, on behalf of VRA SPAIN
